This project was for one hundred and thirty two solid brick properties for Aspire Housing.
As the main contractor, Pegasus completed this project in 21 weeks finishing two weeks early.
To increase the value of these properties we used Wetherby system 60mm phenolic insulation with a spar dash and brick slip finish.
